Rayner Lysaght at the Frank Conroy Commemoration

The main speaker Rayner O'Connor Lysaght at the Frank Conroy Commemoration at the Kildare Republican Memorial in Kildare Town. The committee will erect a plaque in 2014 to Frank Conroy who fought and died with in the International Brigade.
